Beef Pho (Beef Noodle): Beef broth, rice noodles, and beef slices, green onions, and cilantro. Served with bean sprouts, lemon wedge, Sriracha, and Hoisin sauce.

Chicken Pho (Chicken Noodle): Slow cooked aurora chicken broth, rice noddles, chicken breast, diced green onion, and cilantro. Served with bean sprouts, lemon wedge, Sriracha, and Hoisin sauce.

Grilled Chicken or Pork Rice Plate: Grilled chicken or pork over rice served with cucumber, pickled veggies and freshly made sauce.

Chicken Salad: Grilled chicken, shredded carrots, green cabbage, purple cabbage, roasted peanuts, and mint. Served with freshly made vinaigrette.

Garlic Noddles with Chicken or Pork: Noodles sautéed with garlic, butter, and veggie sauce. Served with grilled chicken or pork with green onions and parmesan cheese.

BANH MI
Grilled Chicken or Pork Banh Mi: Grilled chicken or pork, cucumber, cilantro, shredded carrots, jalapeños, and soy sauce. Served with fresh French bread.

Veggie Banh Mi: Tofu, mushrooms, cucumber, cilantro, shredded carrots, jalapeños, and fresh soy sauce. Served with fresh French bread.
