Their staple lemongrass sauce is the highlight of the only Cambodian food truck in the Bay Area.

SAMPLE MENU

Lemongrass Beef Rice Plate: Tender tri-tip beef marinated in our lemongrass paste (kroeung). Comes with rice and salad.

Cha Katiew: Stir fried noodles consisting of vermicelli noodles, green onions, chicken, and bean sprouts.

Vegetarian curry: consisting of potatoes, onions, green beans, tofu, and carrots.

Lemongrass Chicken Rice Plate: Tender chicken marinated in our lemongrass paste (kroeung.) Comes with salad and rice.

Eggroll: filled with vermicelli noodles, chicken, cabbage, carrots

Lemongrass Chicken Sandwich: Lemongrass chicken, pickled papaya, spicy mayo, cucumber, and cilantro within a French roll.

Lemongrass Beef Sandwich: Lemongrass beef, cucumber, pickled papaya, spicy mayo, and cilantro in a French roll.

Chicken Curry Rice Plate: Curry consisting of potatoes, chicken, onions, carrots.

Lemongrass Tofu Rice Plate: Tofu and green beans stir fried in a lemongrass sauce.

Eggroll Basket: six chicken egg rolls.

There’s no other Cambodian food truck in the bay area. Our inspiration for our food truck come from the fact that Cambodian food is really unknown and underrated. We wanted to put Cambodian food on the map so that people can enjoy the delicious flavors from the region.
