High-quality prime brisket rubbed in our robust Coffee Brisket Rub and smoked 15-18 hours with local white oak wood. (1 lb feeds 2-3 adults)


Pulled Pork

Pork Shoulder rubbed in our Sweet Piggie Rub, a blend of sugar and spices and smoked over Oak and Applewood for 12 hours and hand-pulled to order. (1 lb feeds 2-3 adults)

Louisiana Hot Links

Award winning SF based Schwarz fine sausages, all Natural beef and pork links smoked and served sliced. (1 lb feeds 2-4 adults)

Creamy cheddar cheese and elbow macaroni seasoned with our special blend of spices.

"Since 2012, our food truck has been moving up and down the peninsula slinging authentic Southern Barbecue to hungry patrons. Good barbecue is all about knowledge and experience of our craft. We source our quality meats locally from Golden Gate Meat Co. in San Francisco and smoke them with only wood-fire on our multiple commercial smokers (we even have names for them). We take great pride in the food and service that we provide at our truck so that's why not long after we opened, we were named People's Choice Award at the Redwood City Blues & BBQ Competition.
